Hi, I’m Lindsey.

Like lots of women, I’m a mother, a partner, and a sister. I’m also a Registered Dietitian, exercise therapist, barre, pilates, and yoga teacher and mentor & trainer. I love food for the soul and a good glass of wine. Most importantly, though, I’m a believer. I believe that the bad isn’t so bad and the good can be better….in all aspects of our lives.

I’ve experienced incredible loss and incredible joy in my 38 years on earth. I became a member of the dead moms club and divorced lady club by 30. I have learned that success is measured in authenticity, kindness, and grace above all else.

I don’t follow brands or use filters because they aren’t real. I don’t follow trends because they shift too frequently to create lasting, positive change.

I’ve struggled with over and under and eating and fallen into toxic exercise patterns too! I’ve found that learning as much as I possibly can about the miraculous human body has helped my own body and soul find a healthy equilibrium.

I have my Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Metropolitan State University of Denver and undergraduate degrees in both psychology and communication from the University of Tulsa. I also have more than 4,000 combined hours of movement education spanning classical comprehensive pilates, barre, vinyasa yoga, yoga sculpt, and HIIT.

I help my clients heal themselves through personalized movement, nutrition, and coaching. I also train and mentor barre, pilates, and yoga sculpt teachers, provide anatomy trainings, and help movement and nutrition professionals start their own mind-body businesses.

I specialize in being real, light-hearted, and motivating.

Welcome. I can’t wait to connect with you!
